Standing at the Gateway to Wales, the Monmouthshire Centre was formed
on the 1st January 1970, following a meeting of South Wales Centre Member.
With local government re-organisation in 1974, the Monmouthshire Centre
was renamed "Gwent".
Within our boundaries are the picturesque Wye Valley, bustling towns such
as Abergavenney, Newport, Chepstow and a World Heritage Site at Blaenavon
- just a few of Gwent's many attractions.
We rally practically the year round with weekend and holiday rallies not
only within Gwent but throughout the United Kingdom. A continental rally
is a regular feature in our programme.
Putthing something back into the community, the Gwent Centre supports
local charities, raising thousands of pounds every year.
Come and join us and experience the welcome of
"Gwent - The Friendly Centre".
