Welsh Division A.G.M. - C.B.C. Adran Cymru

Notice is hereby given that the Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Welsh Divisional Council of The Caravan Club Limited will be held at the Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells, Powys, on Saturday 15th October 2011, starting promptly at 11am (please be seated by 10:45am). Caravan Club Membership Cards will be required to gain access to the showground and to be able speak / vote at the A.G.M.

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.
In writing to the Divisional Secretary ahead of the meeting.

2. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
Copies are available from the Divisional Secretary, upon receipt of a written request, quoting your Caravan Club membership number and enclosing a large stamped self-addressed envelope.

3. MATTERS ARISING from the above minutes.

4. DIVISIONAL OFFICER’S REPORT:-

5. ELECTION OF DIVISIONAL OFFICERS:-

Nomination forms are available from the Divisional Secretary, upon receipt of a written request, quoting  your Caravan Club membership number and enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope. Completed Nomination forms must be received by the Divisional Secretary no later than 11am on Saturday 17th September 2011.
